Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of ledger.rent subscriptions sold by SGF Australia Pty Ltd through our reseller, Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.

30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your ledger.rentsubscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial order date. After this period, paid subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing cycle, but you can cancel at any time to prevent future renewals.

How to request a refund

Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, refunds are processed by Paddle under its own Refund Policy. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you purchased with, or
  • Contact us via the contact form and we will help arrange the refund with Paddle.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be lawfully excluded.
